About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Warwickshire Garden Rooms website and the quoting and build services we offer. By using the site or asking for a quote, you agree to these terms.

What we do

We design and build bespoke garden rooms across Warwickshire — including garden offices, garden gyms, garden studios and garden bars / leisure rooms. Quotes are free, itemised and fixed-price.

Website content

The information on this site is provided in good faith. We update it regularly, but design details, pricing bands and product specifications can change. Anything you act on should be confirmed in writing in your quote.

Photographs and visual examples may include placeholder images during initial site setup and will be replaced with real project photos as we publish them.

Quotes

Our quotes are fixed-price and itemised. They are valid for 60 days from the date of the quote unless we say otherwise in writing. The price assumes the scope and access described at survey — significant changes (a different size, a different fit-out, unexpected ground conditions) may need a revised written quote, agreed before any extra work starts.

Booking and payment

Payment terms (deposit, stage payments, completion balance) are set out in your written quote and contract. We don't take payment through this website.

Workmanship and warranty

All builds are carried out to current Building Regulations standards where applicable. Electrical work is Part P certified and signed off at handover. We provide a workmanship warranty as detailed in your contract; manufacturer warranties on glazing, cladding and other components apply as supplied.

Planning permission and Building Control

Most garden rooms fall under permitted development. We check this at survey for your specific site, but the final responsibility for confirming planning status sits with the homeowner. Where a planning application or Building Control submission is needed, we'll flag it before work starts.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise, our total liability under any quote or contract is limited to the value of that quote or contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
