Who we are

Warwickshire Garden Rooms ("we", "us", "our") builds bespoke garden rooms across Warwickshire. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you contact us through our website or by phone.

What we collect

When you submit our contact or quote form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your town or city
• Your phone number
• Your email address (if provided)
• The service you're interested in
• Any message you send us

When you call us, we keep a note of the call (your name, number, area and what you're after) so we can prepare for the visit and follow up.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a free home survey
• Prepare and send your quote
• Manage the build if you choose to go ahead
• Follow up to make sure you're happy after handover

We don't sell your details. We don't share them with anyone outside our team unless we genuinely need to for the build (for example a specialist subcontractor we bring in for a specific job) and you've agreed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years so we can answer follow-up questions. Project records (signed quotes, certificates, electrical sign-off) are kept for seven years for tax, warranty and Building Control reasons.
