About us

# A small team of Warwickshire builders, building garden rooms properly.

We design and build bespoke, fully insulated garden rooms across Warwickshire — for homeowners who want real, year-round space without the cost and disruption of a home extension.

## What we build, and why

We design, build and fit out bespoke garden rooms — offices, studios, gyms, bars, leisure rooms — across Warwickshire. Every one is drawn for the specific garden it'll sit in, the way it'll actually get used, and the budget it has to live within. Nothing is flat-pack. Nothing is "from a brochure".

We started in this work because we got tired of seeing homeowners spend money on prefab garden buildings that fell short — uninsulated, badly glazed, with electrics added as an afterthought — or paying ten times the price for a single-storey extension that took six months and tore up the kitchen. There's a better answer for most people, and that's what we build.

## How we work

One team, one set of responsibilities. We do the survey, we draw the design, we lay the base, we put up the structure, we run the electrics (Part P certified), and we hand it over plastered, painted and ready for the desk to go in. No subcontractor chain. No buck-passing.

Quotes are free, itemised and fixed-price. The number we send you is the number you pay — and the breakdown shows you exactly where the money goes.
